Carepatron: I partner with Carepatron to manage my client portal, scheduling, and intake documentation. Carepatron is a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform designed to protect your records. Data you enter into my scheduling widgets or client portal is directly managed under my agreement with Carepatron and protected by industry-standard encryption.
4. No Online Payment Processing
I do not collect, process, or accept credit cards or any other online financial payments through this website or through Carepatron. Any payment for services is arranged directly through insurance negotiation platforms like Alma or Headway, and SimplePractice, my secure EHR platform for clinical record-keeping.
5. Data Security
I implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures—including SSL/TLS encryption (HTTPS)—to protect data submitted through my website. However, please be aware that standard internet contact forms are not entirely secure. For highly sensitive personal or health information, please wait to share it securely through your dedicated Carepatron client portal or during your session.
