I’ve Been There

Working with me means you’re working with someone with firsthand experience building self-esteem from the ground up. I was raised learning that keeping the peace mattered more than getting my needs met, and I spent years afterward trying desperately to be whoever others needed me to be. But it was never enough, and the eventual burnout finally led me to the work of rediscovering who I was, what I wanted for myself, and why I deserved to have it.

That's what brought me to this work. I know what it's like to live that way, and I know how to climb out of it. I specialize in helping people who are exhausted from performing a version of themselves that doesn't quite fit. I work with people who are ready to understand where their patterns came from, reconnect with what actually matters to them, and start building a life that feels genuinely theirs.

You don't have to keep living on other people's terms. If you're ready to reconnect with what matters to you, and start building a life that actually feels like yours, I'd love to talk.
