Allie Fuller

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

I’m a therapist based in New York City

specializing in:

Anxiety ◦ Self-Esteem ◦ Perfectionism‍ ◦ ‍People-Pleasing

And I’m here to help you heal, grow, and build confidence that finally sticks.

If you’re here, you’re probably exhausted.

Exhausted from having to source your sense of value and self-worth from others when you wish you could create it for yourself. Exhausted from wanting to believe that you’re “good enough”, but it feels like the finish line keeps moving after each accomplishment. Exhausted because self-love, or even self-acceptance, both feel out of reach.

The uncomfortable truth: Self-acceptance can’t be “earned” from the outside.

It’s something that must be created on our own terms, from the inside out. It doesn’t mean we never have to take accountability for the choices we make. It means that our mistakes don’t have to define who we are. This is one of the foundational philosophies I lead with in my work as a therapist. External validation will never cancel out the negative core beliefs we hold onto, no matter how much reassurance we receive. This is why we never feel “good enough”, no matter how hard we try.

But the good news is: I’ve been there, and I can help.

No, it’s not just you.

The pressure to be perfect has reached a reported all-time high in the U.S (especially for young adults).

Roughly 52% of women identify as people-pleasers.

48% of people reported an increase in anxiety just last year in a May 2026 poll.

Let’s start the conversation.
